Absolutely. Your day doesn’t have to fit into a single box. If you’d like 10 hours of film, 8 hours of photography, and 6 hours of content creator coverage - or any other combination - we’ll tailor your collection so every part of your story is captured in the way that feels right for you.

Yes - we love connecting with our couples before the day. This can be over FaceTime or a relaxed coffee catch-up, whichever suits you best. We’ll also schedule a final catch-up around 4–6 weeks before your wedding to make sure every detail is clear and everything feels seamless.

We use professional, discreet audio equipment to preserve your vows and speeches with clarity. The technology disappears - the words remain. Often this is run through the DJ desk or house microphone, so you wont have to worry about lapel mics and cables on you.

We believe in quality over speed. A short teaser is usually shared within the first week so you can relive the magic quickly. Your full gallery and films are typically ready within 10–12 weeks, though timing depends on your collection and the level of storytelling involved.
You’ll receive everything through your own private online gallery - beautifully designed, easy to share, download, and even stream to your TV. Your photos remain accessible for 2 years, while your films are preserved for 10 years. The gallery can even be saved as an app on your phone’s home screen, so your wedding story is always just a tap away.
No - every story we deliver is carefully curated and refined to reflect the Dear Lover aesthetic. However, for couples who want to relive every single moment, we do offer an optional RAW Video Edit: your entire day lightly edited in chronological order, delivered alongside your crafted films. It’s a beautiful way to have both the cinematic version of your story and a complete record of the day.
Yes. Every image and every frame is refined to match the timeless Dear Lover aesthetic.
Yes - and we encourage it. Music plays such a powerful role in storytelling, and we love when couples share songs that hold meaning for them. While we’ll always guide the soundtrack to feel cinematic and cohesive, your chosen songs can be woven into certain edits so the film feels even more personal to you.
